You see, I too was a smoker for many years, using every method around to try to stop. Cold turkey, patches, nicotine gums, multiple medications, aversion tactics, herbs, cutting down, Alan Carr... the list goes on. I became quite the "expert" at stopping.
All methods helped somewhat for a while, but I never truely felt like a natural non-smoker.
